Team Leader: coordinates both internal and external resources to comply with the directions of the project manager, motivating and selecting the implementation team depending on the needs and idiosyncrasies of the client.

Functional Consultants: knowledgeable experts of Microsoft Dynamics solutions in different areas where they are operating.

Specialist consultants: they are functional consultants with a deep sectoral understanding and the potential management solutions to sectoral problems.

Trainers: responsible for carrying out training activities for our customers. In addition, in IFR GROUP there is a group of consultants dedicated to process management and re-engineering.
